Crescendo

Built for the Opus 4.7 Hackathon. Crescendo’s Board-State Awareness Engine injects team workloads, skill profiles, blocked tasks, sprint health, and dependency chains into every AI call. Five read tools retrieve detail the snapshot cannot carry. Fifteen write tools may only propose a change; nothing is written until a person confirms it. Assigning work to a member at burnout risk returns HTTP 409 until Overdrive is acknowledged and recorded.
